client and energy is transferred through the practitioner to the client, promoting

emotional balance and physical well-being.

By using thumb and fingers, points on the feet corresponding to all the glands, organs and parts of the body are stimulated. The aim is to encourage a beneficial effect on parts of the body and to improve general wellbeing.
